This Policy defines what you may not do with MirrorUploadX. Because we are a conduit — not a host — we act on violations by disabling share links, deleting the mirrored copies we are able to delete, and taking account action.

1. Prohibited content
You may not upload, distribute, or link to: child sexual abuse material; content that sexualizes minors; non-consensual intimate imagery (“revenge porn”); malware, ransomware, exploits, or phishing kits; stolen credentials or personal data; content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights; terrorist or violent-extremist propaganda; fraud, scam, or counterfeit material; or anything otherwise illegal in the applicable jurisdiction.
2. Prohibited conduct
Do not: attempt to bypass scanning or security controls; overload, probe, or attack the service or its providers; use the service to distribute malware at scale; scrape or automate beyond your API limits; impersonate others; or use the service to harass or endanger anyone.
3. Enforcement
Violations may result in disabling of the affected share links, deletion of the mirrored copies, suspension or termination of your account, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
Because the file copies live on third-party hosts, disabling our share link stops our link from working. Where a host exposes a deletion API and we hold the credential or removal token for that copy, we also delete the copy itself. Where it does not, removal is handled by that host under its own process and we report the file to them.
Repeat offenders are permanently banned.
4. Reporting
Anyone can report a violation from our Report Abuse page. A human team reviews every report. For copyright specifically, use the DMCA process.
