Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content

You may not upload, distribute, or link to: child sexual abuse material; content that sexualizes minors; non-consensual intimate imagery (“revenge porn”); malware, ransomware, exploits, or phishing kits; stolen credentials or personal data; content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights; terrorist or violent-extremist propaganda; fraud, scam, or counterfeit material; or anything otherwise illegal in the applicable jurisdiction.

2. Prohibited conduct

Do not: attempt to bypass scanning or security controls; overload, probe, or attack the service or its providers; use the service to distribute malware at scale; scrape or automate beyond your API limits; impersonate others; or use the service to harass or endanger anyone.

3. Enforcement

Violations may result in disabling of the affected share links, deletion of the mirrored copies, suspension or termination of your account, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

The file copies live on third-party hosts, so disabling our share page stops the content being reachable through us. Where a host exposes a deletion interface and we hold the credential or removal token for that copy, we delete the copy as well. Where it does not, removal is handled by that host under its own process, and a reporter may raise the matter with that host directly — we will identify it on request.

Repeat offenders are permanently banned.

4. Reporting (notice and action)

Anyone can report a violation from our Report Abuse page — no account is needed. This is our notice-and-action mechanism under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act. A report should identify the share link, explain why the content is unlawful or breaches this policy, and give a way to reach you if we need to ask.

A person reviews every report. We act on valid reports without undue delay: the share page and its mirror links are disabled, and where we can technically delete the copy at the provider, we delete it too.

When we disable content, we tell the person who uploaded it what we did and why, so they can respond or appeal (Article 17). If you think we acted wrongly, reply to that message and a person will look again.

For copyright specifically, use the DMCA process, which has its own notice and counter-notice steps.
