We do not host your files.

MirrorUploadX is a transfer and link-management service. Files pass through a temporary staging area, are distributed to the third-party hosts you choose, and the staging copy is deleted afterwards. Your files live on those third-party hosts, not with us.

DMCA / Copyright Notice

Last updated: 2026-07-25

MirrorUploadX respects intellectual property. Because we are a transfer and link-management service — not the host of the file — a valid notice leads us to disable the relevant share link and to delete or report the copy held by the third-party host that actually stores it.

Template for review — not legal advice. Have counsel adapt this to your jurisdiction and corporate details before relying on it.

1. Our role

We do not permanently store files. When you send a notice, we can disable the MirrorUploadX share page/link and inform the third-party host where the copy resides. Removal of the underlying copy is performed by that host under its own procedure.

2. Filing a notice

Send notices via our Report Abuse page (type: Copyright) or to [email protected]. A valid notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the specific share link(s) at issue; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

Valid notices result in the relevant share link being disabled and the host being notified.

3. Counter-notice

If you believe your content was disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the material, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was disabled by mistake, consenting to jurisdiction as required by law.

4. Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

5. Designated agent

Our designated agent for copyright notices can be reached at [email protected]; full registered-agent details are available on request.
