MirrorUploadX respects intellectual property. We are a transfer and link-management service, not a file host: we keep no durable copy of any file and we do not inspect what is uploaded. On a valid notice we disable the share page and every mirror link on it, so the content stops being reachable through us. Where the host that actually stores the copy gives us a way to delete it, we delete it too; where it does not, you can send your notice to that host directly and we will tell you which one it is.
1. Our role
A file passes through a temporary staging area only long enough to be distributed to the hosts the user selected. The durable copies live with those hosts, under their terms and their control. We do not read, index, or review file contents, and we do not monitor what users upload.
What we can always do: disable the MirrorUploadX share page and every mirror link on it. After that the content is no longer reachable through our service.
What depends on the host: deleting the copy stored there. Where a host exposes a deletion interface and we hold the credential or removal token for that copy, we delete the copy as well. Where it does not — for example when the copy was uploaded without an account — that removal is performed by the host under its own procedure. In that case you may send your notice to the host directly; on request we will identify which host holds the copy.
We cooperate with lawful requests from rights holders and authorities, and we do not require a court order before disabling a link on a valid notice.
2. Filing a notice
Send notices via our Report Abuse page (type: Copyright) or to [email protected]. A valid notice must include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the specific share link(s) at issue; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
A valid notice results in the share page and its mirror links being disabled. Where we can technically delete the copy at the host, we do so as well; otherwise we will tell you which host holds it so you can notify that host directly.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe your content was disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the material, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was disabled by mistake, consenting to jurisdiction as required by law.
4. Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
